State Street Corporation reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 584 million compared to USD 467 million a year ago. Net income was USD 747 million compared to USD 763 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.94 compared to USD 2.11 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.91 compared to USD 2.07 a year ago.
For the six months, net interest income was USD 1,093 million compared to USD 934 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1,351 million compared to USD 1,282 million a year ago.
