Step Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9795) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 1.81% of its share capital, for ¥532.5 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥1,775 per share.
The company will repurchase its shares as a preparation for a flexible capital strategy in the future. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 16,615,478 shares issued (excluding treasury stock and 54,522 shares in treasury.
