Stepan : Selects 2021 Community Outreach Grant Recipient

Stepan Company is pleased to announce that the Clean the World Foundation will be the recipient of our 2021 Community Outreach Grant. Clean the World Foundation is a global organization committed to improving the quality of life for vulnerable communities by providing sustainable resources, programming and education focused on water, sanitation and hygiene. Stepan also donated to the foundation in October 2020 to help combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

As one of the largest merchant producers of surfactants, Stepan helps supply key ingredients used in hand soaps as well as hard surface cleaning, laundry and disinfectant products that our communities use every day. Access to essential cleaning and disinfectant products continues to be a critical need for vulnerable communities. Clean the World Foundation does just that, by protecting more than 5 million people in the world's most vulnerable and at-risk communities with ongoing supplies of soap and handwashing education to keep them safe and healthy.

Stepan Company's sustainability commitment includes sharing our resources with the global community. We partner with organizations that have a mission closely aligned with our own company vision: to deliver innovative chemical solutions for a cleaner, healthier, more energy efficient world.
