The Company provides technology solutions and services to companies in the oil and gas, refining, landfill, food, beverage & agriculture, and renewable fuel industries. Its subsidiaries include MV, LLC (MV), Paragon Waste Solutions, LLC (PWS) and PelleChar, LLC (PelleChar). MV designs and sells patented and/or proprietary, dry scrubber solutions for management of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) in biogas, landfill gas, and petroleum processing operations. These system solutions are marketed under the product names H2SPlus and OdorFilter.
