Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

On May 31, 2021, M. Bradley Kettmann notified Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. that he will resign as the Treasurer of the company, effective May 31, 2021. Mr. Kettmann's decision was based upon personal considerations and is unrelated in any manner to any past, present or contemplated accounting or finance issue or to any disagreement over accounting treatment or policy. Effective May 31, 2021, the Board of Directors appointed Ryan Hess to serve as Treasurer of the company. Effective May 31, 2021, the Board of Directors appointed Matthew Schreiber to serve as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of the Company. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Schreiber will be the company's principal operating officer.
Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in and manages a portfolio of income-producing retail properties located in the United States. The Companyâs business is conducted through Strategic Realty Operating Partnership, L.P. It owns substantially all of its assets and conducts its operations through its operating partnership, of which it is the sole general partner. Its property portfolio includes six retail properties, comprising an aggregate of approximately 27,000 square feet of multi-tenant, commercial retail space located in California. Its properties include 400 Grove Street, 8 Octavia Street, Fulton Shops, 450 Hayes, 388 Fulton and Silver Lake.
