Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

On October 7, 2021, Julia Kholodenko notified Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) that she will resign as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective October 15, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). Ms. Kholodenko’s decision was based upon personal considerations and is unrelated in any manner to any past, present or contemplated accounting or finance issue or to any disagreement over accounting treatment or policy. Effective October 15, 2021, the Board of Directors appointed Ryan Hess, 32, to serve as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Hess will be the Company’s principal accounting officer and will assume the responsibilities that were previously performed by Ms. Kholodenko, who acted as principal accounting officer of the Company since April 16, 2019. Ryan Hess has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since May 2021.
Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in and manages a portfolio of income-producing retail properties located in the United States. The Companyâs business is conducted through Strategic Realty Operating Partnership, L.P. It owns substantially all of its assets and conducts its operations through its operating partnership, of which it is the sole general partner. Its property portfolio includes six retail properties, comprising an aggregate of approximately 27,000 square feet of multi-tenant, commercial retail space located in California. Its properties include 400 Grove Street, 8 Octavia Street, Fulton Shops, 450 Hayes, 388 Fulton and Silver Lake.
