STrust Co. Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended May 31, 2020. For the quarter, net sales were JPY 1,790 million against JPY 2,924 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 151 million against operating income of JPY 81 million a year ago. Net loss attributable to owners of parent was JPY 135 million against net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 10 million a year ago. Net loss per share was JPY 22.91 against net income per share of JPY 1.78 a year ago.
STrust Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate sale business in Yamaguchi and Kyushu Area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Sale segment is mainly engaged in the planning, development and sale of apartment buildings. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the apartment management, property insurance agency business, as well as sale of interior products. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in leasing of offices and commercial facilities. The others business is engaged in sale and brokerage of real estate.
