Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 4.007 million compared to USD 3.658 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.297 million compared to USD 1.154 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.62 compared to USD 0.55 a year ago. For the half year, net interest income was USD 7.816 million compared to USD 7.013 million a year ago. Net income was USD 2.339 million compared to USD 1.911 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.11 compared to USD 0.91 a year ago.
