Sugita Ace Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:7635) entered into contract to acquire Mizusawa Hardware Co., Ltd. from Chikako Mizusawa and Kazuaki Nishimura on June 30, 2015. Sugita Ace Co.,Ltd. will acquire 0.06 million shares. Chikako Mizusawa will sell 58.5% stake. During the year ended January 2015, Mizusawa Hardware Co., Ltd. had net assets of ¥183.39 million, total assets of ¥495.3 million, sales of ¥854.2 million, operating profit of ¥14.91 million, and net loss of ¥15.29 million. The tentative share transfer date is August 31, 2015.
