Rongtong No.1 Securities Investment Fund managed by Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire a 5.05% stake in Sunfly Intelligent Technology Co., LTD (SZSE : 300423) for approximately CNY 210 million on June 11, 2023. Under the terms, 25,106,075 shares will be acquired at a price of CNY 8.34 per share in cash.

Sunfly Intelligent Technology Co Ltd, formerly Shandong Luyitong Intelligent Electric Plc, is a China-based company engaged in electrical equipment business, light-emitting diode (LED) lighting business, smart community business and public security business. Its electrical equipment business mainly includes the production and sales of high and low voltage complete equipment and intelligent box-type substations, bus ducts, cable trays and others. The LED lighting business mainly includes LED lighting fixtures, urban lighting engineering, LED display and others. Smart community business mainly includes services such as centralized community management platform, smart community, Smart Life cloud platform and smart power distribution system. Public security business mainly includes video surveillance, smart communities, smart case handling, smart transportation, smart supervision and others. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the China market.
