SUNWODA Huizhou New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 1,400,000,000 in an equity round of funding on April 27, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Sunwoda Electronic Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300207). The transaction has been approved at the ninth meeting of the fifth board of directors and the ninth meeting of the fifth board of supervisors of the investors. Upon completion, company's registered capital will increase from CNY 2,660,265,900 to CNY 4,060,265,900.
