(SZSE:002388) from Zhuhai Gejin No. 6 Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) managed by Zhuhai Gree Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 170 million on March 31, 2023. Under the terms, Tiancheng Tianli No. 10 Private Securities will acquire 25 million shares at a price of CNY 6.82 per share in cash. Post acquisition, Zhuhai Gejin No. 6 Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) holds 2.88% stake in Shenzhen Sunyes Electronic Manufacturing.
