Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF announced distributions for the first quarter of 2024 of $0.04167 per unit will be payable to unitholders of the Fund as February 15, 2024, March 15, 2024 and April 15, 2024 respectively. Record Date is January 31, 2024, February 29, 2024 and March 31, 2024 respectively.
Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-ended investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of units with stable monthly cash distributions and enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of dividend paying securities of infrastructure assets. The Fund invests in a portfolio of sectors, which include utilities, industrials, real estate, energy, pipelines and consumer staples.
