Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend Fund announced that distributions for fourth quarter of 2021 will be payable to unitholders of Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend Fund as follows: Record date are October 31, 2021, November 30, 2021 and December 31, 2021. Payable dates are November 15, 2021, December 15, 2021 and January 14, 2022. The distribution per unit is $0.04167.
Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-ended investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of units with stable monthly cash distributions and enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of dividend paying securities of infrastructure assets.
