Suzuken Co., Ltd. announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors decided on a change in representative director as follows. Hiromi Miyata, currently Vice President and Executive Officer, now President and Chief Executive Officer and Hiroshi Ota, currently President and Chief Executive Officer, now Director and Advisor. Mr. Hiroshi Ota is scheduled to step down as a director and be appointed as an advisor to the company after completing his term as director at the conclusion of an Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders to be held at the end of June 2016.
