(SZSE:300331), Dongguan Cowell Optic Electronics Co., Ltd. and Beijing Taihe Orient Investment and Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 55% stake in Suzhou Zhongwei Lianchuang Micro-nano Manufacturing Innovation Center Co., Ltd. from Suzhou Video Communication Technology Co., Ltd. on January 27, 2022. Following completion, Suzhou Zhongwei Lianchuang will be held 35% by SVG Tech Group, 15% by Dongguan Cowell Optic and 5% by Beijing Taihe Orient. The board of directors of SVG Tech Group approved the transaction.
