Sweetgreen, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 25, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 152.53 million compared to USD 124.92 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 27.26 million compared to USD 40.5 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.24 compared to USD 0.37 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 277.59 million compared to USD 227.51 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 60.92 million compared to USD 90.16 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.55 compared to USD 0.82 a year ago.
