Swiss Prime Site AG Approves Dividend for the Year 2018, April 4, 2019; Elects Gabrielle Nater-Bass as New Member

Swiss Prime Site AG announced at the AGM held on March 26, 2019, the shareholders approved dividend of CHF 3.80 per share for the year 2018. The dividend payment date is 4 April 2019 and the ex-dividend date is 2 April 2019.

The shareholders elected Gabrielle Nater-Bass as new member.
