Tai Roun Products Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 865.27 million compared to TWD 902.08 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 40.22 million compared to net loss of TWD 14.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.23 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.23 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.08 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,353.28 million compared to TWD 2,555 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 68.48 million compared to TWD 36.01 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.39 compared to TWD 0.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.39 compared to TWD 0.2 a year ago.
TAIROUN PRODUCTS CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of feedstuff, fructose products, corn starches and aquatic products. The Company operates through seven segments. Feedstuff segment provides feedstuff for pig, chicken, fish and shrimp. Fructose Products segment mainly provides high fructose syrups. Starches segment provides corn starches, corn gluten meal, corn germs and corn bran. Aquatic Products Trading segment is engaged in the trading of aquatic products. Olive segment is engaged in the trading of olives. Frozen Broiled Eel segment is engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of frozen broiled eels. Others segment is engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of other agricultural products and frozen foods, as well as the leasing of kitchens. The Company operates businesses in Taiwan, China and Japan.
