Taihei Dengyo Kaisha, Ltd. (TSE:1968) signed a contract to acquire Nihon Kikai Seisakusho, K.K. from Atsunori Jimi and 29 other individuals on March 20, 2018. Taihei Dengyo Kaisha acquired 0.6 million shares in Nihon Kikai Seisakusho, K.K. and will hold 100% stake in Nihon Kikai Seisakusho after the transaction. Atsunori Jimi held 12% stake in Nihon Kikai Seisakusho, K.K. before the transaction. Upon completion, Nihon Kikai Seisakusho, K.K. has become a subsidiary of Taihei Dengyo Kaisha. Nihon Kikai Seisakusho, K.K. reported total assets of ¥2.7 billion and net assets of ¥1.5 billion as of March 31, 2017 and revenues of ¥1.8 billion operating profit of ¥212 million and net profit of ¥128 million for the year ended March 31, 2017.
