    "Mega Securities Co., Ltd" (1F., No. 95, Sec. 2, Zhongxiao E. Rd.,
    Taipei City, Taiwan (R.O.C.)) for the transfer formalities before April
    28, 2022 4:30pm. By Using mail shall on the postmark date of April 28,
    2022 (last transfer date ) as the proof. Whoever participates in the
    Taiwan Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. for centralized transfer of
    transfers, the stock agent will performthe transfer procedures according
