China Synthetic Rubber Corporation (TSEC:2104) announced a private placement of about 18,100,000 shares at TWD 44.198895 per share for gross proceeds of up to TWD 800,000,000 with returning investor Taiwan Cement Corp. (TSEC:1101) on June 15, 2018.
