Statement	1.Date of the resolution by the board of directors or shareholders meeting or decision by the Company:2022/06/23 2.Type of ex-rights or ex-dividend (please enter: "Ex-rights", "Ex-dividend", or "Ex-rights and dividend"):Ex-dividend 3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution: TWM will distribute NT$10,551,987,266 as cash dividend from distributable earnings and NT$1,576,085,343 as cash return out of capital surplus. TCC Investment Co., Ltd. (TCCI), TCCI Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (TID) and TFN Union Investment Co., Ltd. (TUI) all agreed to forfeit their rights to receive 2021 cash dividend and cash return from TWM, which will be distributed to the remaining shareholders of TWM based on shareholding percentage. After deducting the shares collectively owned by TCCI, TID and TUI, the share count entitled to receive cash dividend and cash return is 2,820,482,002, translating into cash distribution of NT$4.3 per share.
