Taiwan Navigation Co., Ltd. announced changes in the Remuneration Committee replacing Wang,Chin-San;Independent director of Taiwan Cement Corporation(TCC),Independent director of Dacin Construction Co.,Ltd. (2)Huang,Wong-Hsiu:none (3)Su,Yu-Ching¡FDirector of Chu-Fu Development Corp. and appointing Wang,Chin-San:Independent director of TCC,Independent director of Dacin Construction Co.,Ltd. (2)Lu,Shih-Tong:Professor of Department of Logistics and Shipping Management of Kainan University (3)Lee, Shin-Min effective July 12, 2021.
