(2)Huang,Wong-Hsiu:none (3)Lu,Shih-Tong:Professor of Department of Logistics and Shipping Management of Kainan University(KNU) and appointing Wang,Chin-San:Independent director of TCC,Independent director of Dacin Construction Co.,Ltd. (2)Lu,Shih-Tong:Professor of Department of Logistics and Shipping Management of KNU (3)Lee, Shin, effective July 12, 2021.
