Taliworks Corporation Berhad Announces Resignation of Soong Chee Keong as Independent Non-Executive Director

Taliworks Corporation Berhad announced that Soong Chee Keong did not seek to continue in office as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company at the Company's 31st Annual General Meeting held on 1 June 2022. Hence, Mr. Soong resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company upon conclusion of the 31st AGM.
