Tapaco Public Company Limited Approves Annual Dividend Payment for the Year 2013; Elects Kiyoshi Utsumi as Director

Tapaco Public Company Limited convened its Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders for the year 2014 on February 26, 2014. At the meeting, the company approved the proposal that the profits be allocated and annual dividend payment for the year 2013 be made at THB 0.21 per share.

The shareholders also approved that Mr. Kiyoshi Utsumi to replace Mr. Kazukata Aono as director.
