Targa Exploration Corp. (CNSX:TEX) entered into an agreement to acquire Raglan South lithium project from Wildwood Exploration Inc., Shawn Ryan, Isaac Fage, Callum Ryan, Simon Cash and Adam Fage for CAD 3.2 million on April 17, 2023. The transaction is subjected to the regulatory approvals.
