Target : Recalls About 122,500 Cat & Jack Toddler Boots

Target Corp. has recalled about 122,500 Cat & Jack rain boots for toddlers because a toggle can detach from the lace, posing a potential choking hazard.

No injuries have been reported, according to a recall notice posted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The company has received five reports of elastic laces breaking and one report of both the elastic laces and toggle breaking.
