Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc. Appoints Kerry Weems as Independent Director and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Paul Pelosi as Independent Director

Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc. announced the addition of two independent members to the company's board of directors. The company appointed Kerry Weems to the board as an independent director and chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee, as well as Paul Pelosi, Jr. as an independent director. Mr. Weems has served with distinction in the field of health care, including nearly 28 years in the Federal government, as Acting Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Mr. Weems is currently Chief Executive Officer of TwinMed. Mr. Paul Pelosi, Jr., has many years of experience in advising companies in the areas of finance, infrastructure, and sustainability.
