Tarkett reports Q1 sales of €698.4 million, up +2.0% on Q1 2022, or -0.9% in organic terms.

Tarkett reports a very good level of activity in sports, with organic growth of +17.8% offsetting weaker demand in floor coverings.

The total effect of sales price increases implemented across all segments averaged +7.3% compared with the first quarter of 2022, says the group.

These selling price increases continue to offset inflation in purchasing costs, which persists despite the beginning of a downturn in raw materials prices

In terms of outlook, Tarkett indicates that the prices of the Group's main raw materials are therefore falling sequentially, but still remain at high absolute levels.

At this stage, the Group is therefore maintaining the level of selling prices reached at the end of 2022, and does not rule out further increases.
