TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT [http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=tatt ]), a leading provider of services and products for the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries, today announced that it entered into a market making agreement with Stock Exchange and Investment Services in Israel I.B.I Ltd. ("I.B.I"), for the purpose of market making in the Company's ordinary shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. ("TASE").

Pursuant to the market making agreement, I.B.I will make a market for the Company's ordinary shares in accordance with the rules, regulations and instructions of the TASE and the resolutions of the TASE board of directors. The initial term of the market making agreement is one year, automatically renewed for additional one year periods, subject to certain customary termination rights as set forth in the market making agreement.

Following receipt of the requisite TASE approval, I.B.I commenced its market making activities in the Company's ordinary shares on November 4, 2015.

TAT's Piedmont subsidiary operates an FAA certified repair station, which provides aircraft component MRO services for airlines, air cargo carriers, maintenance service centers and the military.

TAT's activities in the area of jet engine overhaul include the overhaul and coating of jet engine components, including turbine vanes and blades, fan blades, variable inlet guide vanes, afterburner flaps and other components.
