The Indian Hotels Company Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 1.21302687 billion in funding from Tata Investment Corporation Limited, New Vernon Private Equity Limited

The Indian Hotels Company Limited announced a private placement to issue 3,031,885 shares at an issue price of INR 400.6 (INR 399.6 premium) for the gross proceeds of INR 1,214,573,131 on October 23, 2023. The transaction is subject to general shareholders to be held on October 27, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Tata Investment Corporation Limited for 132,401 shares and new investor New Vernon Private Equity Limited 2,899,484 shares.
