5.Cause of occurrence:
CPT learned today that Taiwan Taoyuan District Court entrusted Taiwan
Financial Asset Service Corporation ( 2020-Tao-Jin-Pai-Liu ZI No.2 ) ,
the case of enforcement event of payment ,all immovable and movable
assets (Yangmei Plant) seized by the court of CPT will be publicly
auctioned at 11:00 a.m. on August 24, 2022 at the bidding room of Taiwan
Financial Assets Service Co., Ltd. (the second auction).
6.Countermeasures:
According to the results of the second auction, CPT will consult with
lawyers and accountants to discuss and evaluate the follow up processing
methods in order to protect creditors' and shareholders' rights and
interests accordance with the law.
