TCS Group Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is principally engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates through three segments: Residential, Commercial and Other. The Residential segment includes residential type of condominiums. The Commercial segment includes retail shop lots, shopping center, mixed of residential service suites. The Other segment is engaged in investment holding and construction of roadworks. It is a provider of building and infrastructure construction services. Its construction services are mainly for buildings, infrastructure, civil and structural works in Malaysia. Its completed projects are Elmina Green Three, Hermington and Kuchaimas, The Woodbury, and others. Its current projects are Helix 2, J.Satine, M Arisa, M Arisa, and others. The Company's subsidiaries include TCS Construction Sdn Bhd, TCS Infra Sdn Bhd, TCS SS Precast Construction Sdn bhd among others.
