Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,143.448 million compared to TWD 1,540.365 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 149.286 million compared to TWD 283.078 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 158.516 million compared to TWD 236.259 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.4 compared to TWD 2.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.39 compared to TWD 2.07 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 4,033.267 million compared to TWD 3,390.905 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 449.386 million compared to TWD 422.703 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 417.593 million compared to TWD 359.637 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.68 compared to TWD 3.17 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.66 compared to TWD 3.15 a year ago.
