Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,211.319 million compared to TWD 1,143.448 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 91.149 million compared to TWD 149.286 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 93.422 million compared to TWD 158.516 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.82 compared to TWD 1.4 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.82 compared to TWD 1.39 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 3,738.644 million compared to TWD 4,033.267 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 241.833 million compared to TWD 449.386 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 282.747 million compared to TWD 417.593 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.49 compared to TWD 3.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.48 compared to TWD 3.66 a year ago.
