Tech Mahindra Limited (NSEI:TECHM) entered into an agreement to acquire a 26% stake in Huoban Energy 6 Private Limited from Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited for INR 16 million on June 8, 2022. The consideration will be paid in cash. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 90 days after signing the agreement.
