(Lysaker, 11 March 2021): TECO 2030 ASA (OSE-Ticker: TECO) would like to clarify some aspects of an article in Thursday's edition of Norwegian daily Finansavisen about TECO 2030's planned fuel cell factory in Narvik, Norway.

It is correct that the current project was deemed to be outside the scope of one particular program, IPCEI, which is managed by the public environmental body Enova in Norway. This was made clear at yesterday's presentation of the factory project. However, TECO 2030 is in an ongoing and positive dialogue with Enova related to other programs, and one specific application process is initiated, which is why Enova was referenced in the stock exchange notice yesterday.
