An extraordinary general meeting of Tekna Holding ASA (TEKNA) was held on 19 December 2023.

The general meeting adopted the resolutions proposed by the board as set forth in the notice.

  • Ann-Kari Amundsen Heier has been elected member of the board of directors.
  • After this, the Company's board of directors consists of the following members:
    • Dag Teigland, chair
    • Torkil Mogstad, board member
    • Barbara Thierart-Perrin, board member
    • Anne Lise Meyer, board member
    • Kristin Skau Åbyholm, board member
    • Lars Magnus Eldrup Fagernes, board member
    • Ann-Kari Heier Amundsen, board member 

I am very pleased with Ann-Kari joining the Tekna board. She brings extensive experience from the technology sector, operational management and international business. The appointment of its new EVP to the Tekna board also shows Arendals Fossekompani’s continued commitment to Tekna”, says Dag Teigland, Chair of the Board of Directors of Tekna.
