3. Name of the file	Registration for the Annual General Meeting of Teleste
	Corporation to be held on April 11, 2024.
4. The purpose for processing the personal data	The personal data of shareholders and proxy
	representatives are processed for the purpose of collecting
	registrations for the Annual General Meeting of Teleste
	Corporation to be held on April 11, 2024 and for the
	purpose of ascertaining a registrant's identity and that
	he/she has the right to participate in the Annual General
	Meeting. Personal data are also processed to compile list
	of participants and voting list. Additionally, the personal
	data may also be processed for other purposes related to
	arranging the Annual General Meeting.
	The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the
	statutory obligation of the data controller to hold an annual
	general meeting based on the Limited Liability Companies
	Act (624/2006).
	The data collected is stored for four (4) months or for a
	period required by applicable law.
5. Data content of the file	If a shareholder registers for the meeting on the Internet or
	by e-mail, Euroclear Finland Ltd will act as the technical
	facilitator of the data collection. The following data can be
	collected through this service:

• name, personal ID / date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, book-entry account number, amount of shares and votes.

In case a shareholder authorizes another person to represent him or her in the meeting the name and the personal ID / date of birth of the proxy representative will be collected as well.

The book-entry account number is only used for identification in Euroclear Finland Ltd's system and it is not submitted to Teleste Corporation.

When registering for the meeting on the Internet a person enters the data about himself/herself. The registration system compares the entered data to the list of Teleste Corporation's shareholders maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd and retrieves the participant's shareholder data from the shareholder list. In connection with authorizing a proxy the person also enters the proxy's required personal information into the registration system.

When a shareholder registers by e-mail, a representative of Teleste Corporation or Euroclear Finland Ltd registers the data submitted by him/her manually into Euroclear Finland Ltd's electronic registration system.

The data may be made available to such third parties who will participate in arranging the Annual General Meeting and need the data for such purpose.

A list of participants will be annexed to the minutes of the Annual General Meeting. The list includes the names of the shareholders participated in the meeting, the names of possible proxy representatives and assistants and the amounts of shares and votes. A list of shareholders will be displayed in the Annual General Meeting including shareholders' names, addresses and the amounts of shares and votes.

No data is transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

A. Manual register:

When a shareholder registers for the meeting by e-mail, a representative of Teleste Corporation or Euroclear Finland Ltd registers the data submitted by him/her manually into Euroclear Finland Ltd's electronic registration system. The manual register is kept in a locked space.

B. Electronic data register:

	The database containing the data entered into the
	registration system has been protected by usernames and
	passwords. The data is only available for the authorized
	persons. The connection from a user's browser to
	Euroclear Finland Ltd's server is encrypted with SSL
	technology.
9. Right of access and realization of the right of access	A registrant has the right of access to the data on
	him/herself in the file, or to receive a notice that the file
	does not contain such data. A person who wishes to have
	access to the data on himself/herself is asked to address the
	request to Teemu Limnell, as in section 2.
10. Correction of the data and realization of the correction	A registrant has a right to require that Teleste Corporation
	will correct, erase or supplement personal data concerning
	him/her contained in the file in case such data are
	erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete as regards
	the purpose of the processing. Requests for correction are
	asked to be addressed to Teemu Limnell, as in section 2.

The registrant has a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of the registrant´s personal data. In Finland the competent authority is the Data Protection Ombudsman (https://tietosuoja.fi/en/home).
