Ten Lifestyle Group Plc is a United Kingdom-based concierge service provider. The Company serves private members and also the customer of private banks, financial services and brands globally. Corporate clients use the Company’s services to acquire, engage and retain, customers or valued employees. The Company provides preferred access to a range of services for the customers of its corporate clients, facilitating seamless organization of their travel, dining, entertainment, and other lifestyle needs. The Company operates through three geographical segments: Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa (AMEA), and North and South America (the Americas). The Company’s subsidiaries include Ten Lifestyle Management Limited, Ten Lifestyle Management (Asia) Limited, Ten Lifestyle Management USA Inc., Ten Lifestyle Management Limited S DE RL DE CV, Ten Lifestyle Management Switzerland GmbH, Ten South America Limited, Ten Professional Services Limited, and others.
