(AMEX:TPHS) from Marcato International Master Fund Ltd., managed by Marcato Capital Management, LLC for $13.3 million on June 11, 2019. Pursuant to this transaction, Marcato International Master Fund Ltd. sold all of its stake comprising 3.7 million shares of Trinity Place Holdings, at a price of $3.6 per share. Under the transaction, MFP acquired 2.13 million shares of shares of Trinity Place Holdings and now holds 6.71 million shares of Trinity Place Holdings. Third Avenue Real Estate Value Fund acquired 0.54 million shares of Trinity Place Holdings and now owns 5.1 million shares and GemCap Investment Funds acquired 0.06 million shares and now owns 0.54 million shares. American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC acted as transfer agent in the transaction.
