ALS Technichem (M) Sdn Bhd. entered into shares sale agreement to acquire Merieux Nutrisciences Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

from Mérieux NutriSciences Corporation and Texchem Resources Bhd (KLSE:TEXCHEM) for MYR 8 million on September 29, 2023. The consideration will be fully satisfied in cash from the internally generated funds of ALS Technichem. Merieux Nutrisciences Malaysia reported loss after tax of MYR 2,656,152 and total owner's equity of MYR 2,457,522 for financial year ending September 30, 2022.
