The Board of Directors of Thai Nam Plastic Public Company Limited has resolved at a meeting No. 06/2022 held on 11th August 2022 to re-appoint Mr. Wutipong Vechayanon as the Member of Audit Committee for another term and has a term of office of 8 months and 20 days. This will be effective date from 11th August 2022, the scope of duties and responsibilities will remain unchanged.
