Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.


On May 4, 2023, The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it
had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a production winery and
planted vineyards in Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California for a purchase
price of approximately $55 million (the "Acquisition"). A copy of the Company's
press release regarding the Acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
