The Far Eastern University, Incorporated Appoints Pamela M. Hernandez as Chief Risk Officer (Concurrent Controller)

In compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Commission, The Far Eastern University, Incorporated informed the SEC of the designation of Ms. Pamela M. Hernandez as Chief Risk Officer in addition to her current position as Controller of the Far Eastern University Inc. (FEU), effective 06 July 2023. Ms. Pamela M. Hernandez had more than two decades of cumulative professional public accounting work experience intersected with previous other work involvement in financial and tax consultancy, management accounting and budget, and internal auditing. Ms. Hernandez is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, cum laude, from the Ateneo de Naga University and has obtained Masters in Management, with commendation, at the Asian Institute of Management.
Far Eastern University, Incorporated is a Philippines-based educational institution. It operates through three segments: FEU Main, Trimestral Schools, and Other Schools.
