The Board of Trustees of Far Eastern University, Incorporated at its meeting held on 19 September 2023 declared a cash dividend of 16.00 per share to all stockholders of record as of 03 October 2023, payable on 18 October 2023. The total cash dividend amounts to Php384, 892,208.00. The books will be closed from 03 October 2023 to 18 October 2023, both dates inclusive.
Far Eastern University, Incorporated is a Philippines-based educational institution. It operates through three segments: FEU Main, Trimestral Schools, and Other Schools. It is comprised of seven institutes, which includes the Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance, Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts, Institute of Arts and Sciences, Institute of Education, Institute of Heath Sciences and Nursing, Institute of Law, and Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. The Companyâs flagship programs include teacher education and business administration. It also offers senior high school programs in FEU High School, FEU Alabang, FEU Cavite, and FEU Diliman. It has also partnered with the Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) to establish the first private health science college in Brunei Darussalam, the JPMC College of Health Sciences.
