Mariwasa Holdings Inc., Anukul Kongrit, Jakkrit Suwansilp, Jiraphat Oebchokchai, Kajohndet Sangsuban, Pichit Maipoom, Pramote Techasupatkul and Surasak Kraiwitchaicharoen sold 14.74% stake in Mariwasa Siam Holdings, Inc. (PSE:MMI) on October 22, 2012. Mariwasa Holdings sold 165.8 million shares in Mariwasa Siam Holdings. Anukul Kongrit, Jiraphat Oebchokchai, Kajohndet Sangsuban, Pichit Maipoom, Pramote Techasupatkul and Surasak Kraiwitchaicharoen sold one share each in Mariwasa Siam Holdings and Jakkrit Suwansilp sold 99 shares in Mariwasa Siam Holdings. Pursuant to the transaction, Anukul Kongrit, Jakkrit Suwansilp, Jiraphat Oebchokchai, Kajohndet Sangsuban, Pichit Maipoom, Pramote Techasupatkul and Surasak Kraiwitchaicharoen are no longer the shareholders and Directors of Mariwasa Siam Holdings.
