Director Bienvenido Laguesma resigned as Independent Director of The Keepers Holdings, Inc. In its special meeting held on June 29, 2022, the Board of Directors of The Keepers Holdings, Inc. accepted his resignation to take effect immediately. Director Bienvenido Laguesma has been appointed Secretary of the Department of Labor by the incoming President of the Philippines, Mr. Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
